Today is a good day for peace. Choose peace at every turn. Make your first thought of the day a positive one. Being intentional about having peaceful thoughts brings awareness to the constant chatter that happens in your head. It can be surprisingly negative.

If you are challenged by a situation, a heavy thought, bad news, or miserable traffic, go to your breath. You can focus your attention on breathing in and breathing out. The next breath you can imagine inhaling peace and exhaling stress. The third one you can feel your mind and your body relax as you choose to focus on your peaceful breathing instead of what was bothering you.

You are always at choice with your thoughts; choose peaceful ones.
